What I am Today
Many people that I encountered have seen my good side as well as my not so likable personality. Other people see me as a naughty, ugly, clumsy and immature boy that everyone will hate. But some people see me as an imperfect person with a personality that still have time to develop. They would easily judge me but not all the time when they began to see the other side of me. I’m glad that some noticed that I am different and has a lot of potentials because there are many who believes and have faith in me. Many see my difference and unique personality with some negative aspects but that makes me myself and I only have to develop my being.
I myself have witnessed the past and the present. I see my attributes as pieces of puzzles put together to create a picture and that is the reflection of myself. In other words the pieces of past makes me who I am. I may have not known the future but I’m certain that the past does not make who you are tomorrow. I see myself as a puzzle that when every significant event I chose adds a piece to the puzzle and that makes a picture of who I am. I am in-charge of how beautiful the picture I will create. Many experiences whether good or bad have molded me in some ways. The people around me may each have a significant part of that experiences that created who I am today.
My whole life was a journey. I have experienced the different genres and chapters of life. The major turning points that have influenced and change the way I am is that on my High School Life. Lots of hardships, failures, success, laughter, joy and sadness that came along the way. I became more matured, sensitive, friendly, generous, and kind to my classmates and batch mates during high school because they influenced my character and developed some of my personalities. I overcome the shyness and the loneliness that I have experienced before. Another is the Church fellowship that happens in my church since my family and I are Christians. I became closer to God and have a positive outlook in life. It had also developed my effective communication skills when persuading and encouraging people.
There are also many factors or people that have part in what I am today. Each of them have a part that have developed me in many ways. My family and I have so many experiences and bond that holds us together and that had made me to be a loving and caring person. My friends made me to become matured, independent, dependable, cheerful, socially-active and being myself. The teachers have gave me knowledge that I can use in my life and developed my critical thinking skills and decision-making abilities. They also encouraged me to always do the best that I can. My enemies had made me stronger and since they are haters they are one of the factors that fuels my determination and willpower to achieve success. And last is myself because I chose to become a better person every day and have control over my life and goals.
I am very proud of myself because I have improved in a lot of unexpected ways that had made my life better. My life just improve so much and I am surprised that things are working out well for me. Every day of my life I make the best out of it. I made my day special for me. I share the love and the gifts that come along my way. Because I am thankful for the people that have believed in me and have part on making out the best of me. I am what I am today because of God and the people that have loved me and made my life extraordinary. There are somethings that I am not good but maybe that’s not on the cards for me. I have learned to accept my weaknesses and failures thus focusing on my strength and successes. I have become a unique person with extraordinary qualities that I gained through the help of significant people in my life as well as God.
